Necar Zadegan is an German actress who was born on July 20, 1982, in Heidelberg Baden Wurttemberg, West Germany. The actress holds German citizenship but later obtained American nationality. Necar gained fame for her performance after winning the role of first lady Dalia Hassan during the 8th season of 24 TV action series. Necar is also a professional model.
